Defining a province

Taza is one of the Moroccan provinces that is part of the Fez-Meknes area. It is situated between the Rif Mountains and the Middle Atlas Mountains in northern Morocco. According to the new administrative division, the province has 528,419 inhabitants and covers an area of 13,383 km2., and from the west, the regions of Sefrou and Taounate, and among the most important tribes from which the region originated: the Tsoul tribe, the Al-Branas tribe, the Ghayatha tribe, and the Bani Warrayn tribe. Taza is located in northeastern Morocco, 120 kilometers to the east of the city of Fez, and is also connected to eastern and western Morocco by a corridor. For the sake of simplicity.
