Salad of boiled carrots

How to prepare

In a frying pan on the fire, heat the olive oil, then add the carrots and stir gently.
Stir in the salt and black pepper.
Remove the mixture from the heat after adding the parsley and coriander and stirring a little.
To serve, place the salad in a serving bowl and top with bread.

Eggs with colored pepper



Ingredients

  • Six large eggs.
  • tablespoons of butter.
  • Red sweet pepper, cut into circles.
  • Yellow sweet pepper, cut into circles.

How to prepare

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
In a skillet, combine the red and yellow pepper rings.
We crack one egg in the center of each ring, then season with salt and black pepper.
Cover the pan and cook the eggs in it until they are done.
Remove the skillet from the heat and serve the eggs as a dinner or morning snack with colored pepper.

Mushraml Moroccan Beans

Ingredients

  • Green beans, a kg
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • A quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • A handful of parsley, chopped
  • a handful of coriander leaves, chopped
  • two heaping tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. red hot pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste, 2 tblsp.
  • black pepper, 2 tblsp.

How to prepare

Stir the garlic and olive oil in a pot over high heat, then add the chopped coriander and parsley and stir again.

Bring the mixture to a boil with a cup of water.
Stir in the green beans.

Stir in the hot red pepper powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until all of the ingredients are well combined.

Allow the mixture to cook for approximately a quarter of an hour, then add the lemon juice and continue to boil the beans until they are fully cooked.

Remove the dish from the heat and ladle it into a serving bowl. Serve immediately with rice.

Moroccan Msmen in the oven

Ingredients

Dough Ingredients:
White flour, three quarters of a kilogram
a quarter pound of wheat flour
a quarter cup of sugar
 a sprinkling of salt
a quarter teaspoon (or less) of yeast
 kneading water (warm)

Filling Ingredients:
a half-cup of sugar
a cup of olive oil
Half a stick of melted butter.
a half teaspoon of vanilla extract

How to prepare

In a mixing basin, combine all of the dough's components, knead well, and set aside for fifteen minutes.
Form little balls out of the dough and let aside for another fifteen minutes.

We stretched the balls out evenly on the kitchen table, then mixed the oil with the melted butter and distributed a layer of it on the dough, followed by sugar and vanilla.

We fold the balls into a square, then simple them again, then fold them on all four sides and unfold them, and finally fold them on all four sides and unfold them.

We put it in an oil-greased baking tray and baked it at 180° C until it was done.
